Hosted at the Hong Kong Legislative Council (香港立法局), this event marked a significant milestone for preparing the SCC-HKU five-year plan proposal related to PAIS-Lab (Physical AI Safety Lab) submitted on 12 AUG 2026 in collaboration with the SCC and HKU, and laid the groundwork for forthcoming articles on eVTOL safety < https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/case-sotif-testing-low-altitude-aviation-digauto-kbn1c >

A massive thank you to the organizers, coordinators, and everyone behind the scenes who made this pivotal meeting possible! It is truly inspiring to see so many brilliant minds—from industry leaders and academics to policymakers—uniteing behind one shared goal: advancing a safe, innovative, and thriving Low Altitude Economy (LAE) This crucial dialogue surrounding SOTIF (Safety of the Intended Functionality) standards was driven by an incredible roster of experts from Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China & German.

We were honored to collaborate with: Dominic Wing Hang Chow, Prof. Lixi Huang, Ir Raymond SHAN, Gary Yeung, Mathew Chong, Prof. KF Tsang,Dr. Amanda Lim, Xiao Ying Li, Edwin Heimberg, Dr. Jin Peng, Liang Hao, Silvia Xing, Patrick Tham, Dr. Louise Reitter, Dr. Hongdai Tai

Looking Ahead: The dawn of the Low Altitude Economy is here, and at Digauto, we believe that absolute safety is the foundation of this revolution . The transition toward SOTIF standards is not just a technical upgrade; it is a commitment to protecting lives in increasingly complex, AI-driven airspace. We are relentlessly dedicated to pushing the boundaries of Physical AI so that every eVTOL flight is prepared for the unpredictable. Our VTEHIL technology isn't just simulating the world—it is securing the future of urban mobility . We invite engineers, policymakers, and aviation enthusiasts to walk this path with us. Let’s build an autonomous aviation ecosystem where innovation meets uncompromising safety!
